The "Birch Accent Pillow" features a silhouetted branch design that is hand screen printed using a water based process on hemp, creating an antiqued sun faded look. This fabric looks and feels like fine linen, the hemp fiber grows up to 6 times faster than flax. The pillow inset is filled with Kapok, and has great loft. These pillows were chosen to show at HauteGREEN, a curated exhibition of "the best in sustainable design for the contemporary home," and featured in Harpers Bazaar Sept 2007. Pillow cover is machine washable.
