This beautiful work of Haitian metal art was hand cut from recycled 50 gallon steel drums. The artisan removes both ends of the drum and sets the drum on fire, to burn off any paint or residue. When cooled, the drum is cut down the side and flattened to create a metal canvas upon which this design was drawn.

Using a hammer and chisel, the Serenity Tree was cut and shaped to create this treasured piece of art. The finished design is coated with a protective finish so that it can be hung indoors or outdoors.
