How much does shipping cost?

US Domestic Shipping
We offer FREE Standard Shipping on orders of $100 or more, every day.

Orders under $49.99 will be charged $8 for Standard Shipping
Orders $50 - $99.99 will be charged $10 for Standard Shipping
Most in-stock items will arrive on your doorstep 3-8 business days after receipt of your order.

Expedited shipping methods typically arrive between 1 - 2 business days.
Not available for items shipping to PO Boxes, U.S. Territories and APO/FPO addresses.

Two Business Day ($15)
Next Business Day ($25)
Saturday Delivery ($35):
Orders need to be submitted by 12pm Pacific on Friday to qualify.

International Shipping
We ship all international orders using USPS Standard International Shipping methods.

Orders under $19.99 will be charged $10 for Standard International Shipping
Orders $20 - $49.99 will be charged $15 for Standard International Shipping
Orders $50 - $99.99 will be charged $20 for Standard International Shipping
Orders $100 - $149.99 will be charged $25 for Standard International Shipping
Orders $150 - $199.99 will be charged $30 for Standard International Shipping
Orders $200 - $300.00 will be charged $50 for Standard International Shipping

**Some exclusions apply, if your order does not apply to our Standard International Shipping Rates,
you will be contacted by a customer service representative.**

Most in-stock items will arrive on your doorstep 10-25 business days after receipt of your order.

International delivery times may vary depending on the custom's office of the arrival country.
International orders may be subject to VAT and other duty fee's, these are the responsibility of the buyer.


What shipping service does Seven Hopes United use?
We ship all items via the United States Postal Service. We also offer UPS/FedEx 2nd Day, Next Business Day, and Saturday delivery services for all merchandise orders.

Does Seven Hopes United ship items outside the United States?
Yes, please see our international shipping rates above.

What happens if my package is lost or stolen?
Seven Hopes United is not responsible for replacing lost packages if the United States Postal Service or FedEx can verify the package was delivered. We provide an email with a tracking number once the package leaves our facility to insure you are familiar with the approximate delivery date.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

How do I return an item purchased online?
If you are not completely satisfied with your Seven Hopes United purchase or gift and wish to return it, please return the package within 30 days.

  • Email Customer Assistance at returns@sevenhopesunited.com
  • Please reference your order number found in the order confirmation email.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Clearance items may not be returned or exchanged.
  • Upon receipt of your return, we will issue a credit to your card used for the original transaction, for the cost of the item including taxes.
  • If the item was a gift, or a purchase receipt is not available, credit will be given as a Seven Hopes United gift card.

Can I exchange an item purchased online for another item?

  • When we receive your exchange item, we will issue a full refund to the credit card used for the original transaction, for the cost of the item including taxes.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

What if my purchased item arrives damaged?
If your item arrives damaged we will work with you to replace it as quickly as possible.
