Wedding Wednesday: Fair Trade Wedding Favors

Fair Trade Favors

When I was planning my wedding there were a lot of things I decided on along the way and with the help of my friends and family but there was one thing I knew for sure; I wanted fair trade wedding favors.  For a few years leading up to my wedding I had been involved with a group, which promotes the use of fair trade so I was familiar with the beautiful and unique items that could be used as favors.  A visit to Ten Thousand Villages in Cleveland where I am from introduced me to some great choices and ultimately we went with little stone boxes made in Vietnam.

Here are a few of my favorite fair trade wedding favor ideas from Seven Hopes United.

You could choose a few colors or two colors, one to represent each person getting married.
