Social Media Links!

Equality Pic

You know those “Yes! I totally agree!” quotes that just stir you up inside?

I have read the above several times now, and I love it more each time. Such an eloquent way of putting into words the most basic of human needs. My favorite line is the last, “and freedom for their spirits.” Not only does every human being deserve regular meals; education and culture; dignity and equality; they deserve to live with a fullness of spirit wherever they are.

There are many ways to lend our hearts and our voices to the worldwide quest of equality, love and compassion for all. The fair trade movement is one. In addition to purchasing fair trade items, fueling the social media fire of today is an inspired way to push the message across the globe.

If you’re part of the rapidly expanding and evolving social media revolution and you enjoy being involved in that culture—you can help! With just a few “likes” on Facebook and a few “retweets” on Twitter, you can add your voice to the millions supporting the fair trade movement. With just a few “pins” of fair trade clothing and accessories, you can help support hard-working artisans who are earning fair wages for and supporting their familes with their beautiful handiwork.
